I have spent more than 15 years working professionally with college and university residential programs at both public and private institutions. My work has included learning community design, program assessment, leadership and team building, emergency management, and diversity initiatives. Recently, I completed an interdisciplinary doctorate in Psychology, Communication, and Social Work at the University of Washington, and hold a Master’s in Education from the University of Vermont.
I was born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, and I’ve completed two degrees here: a Bachelors of Science in Communication Disorders and Sciences from the University of Oregon and a Masters of Education in Student Development Administration from Seattle University. My career in higher education spans over a decade, and I remain passionate about helping college students make the most of their experience on campus.

I am originally from Reedsville, WI, a small village in Northeast Wisconsin. I received my BS in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Then I completed my MS in Higher Education at Syracuse University in Upstate NY. My first professional job was as a Community Director at Arizona State University. And now my countrywide tour has brought me to Portland! I enjoy all things nerdy: sci-fi, fantasy, anime, board games, video games, you name it! Feel free to stop by my office in Holmes if you need anything or just want to talk about something you are passionate about.
I am originally from Oshkosh, Wisconsin, but have called Portland home since 2015. I received bachelor’s degrees in Graphic Design and Studio Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and my Master’s in Student Affairs from the University of Portland. I have been a Hall Director and Assistant Hall Director for the last five years, and previously worked in the design industry. I’m excited to be continuing in student affairs at Lewis and Clark, and especially Copeland Hall! In my free time, I enjoy golfing, learning new board games and yard games, making art, and spending time with my partner and dog. If you’re in need of random facts, I’ve got plenty to share!

I grew up in the Bay Area in a small city called El Cerrito in California. I received a BS in Kinesiology and MA in Leadership Development with an emphasis in Higher Education from Chapman University in Southern California. There, I worked with Residence Life & First Year Experience, the Cross-Cultural Center, and Student Government. I’m a huge fan of the outdoors, crocheting, live music (anything from punk to hip hop and more), and watching my favorite “trash” reality TV shows. I’m beyond stoked to join the Campus Living team and be a part of the amazing Lewis & Clark College community!
Area Director for Platt-Howard Halls (Platt and Howard)

I am from the Carolinas (a bit of both SC and NC) and I am excited to see what life is like on the other coast! I earned a BFA in Fine Arts from Cornell University in 2017, and an M.Ed from Clemson University in 2021. While at Clemson, I primarily worked in Fraternity and Sorority Life with our National Pan-Hellenic Council (historically Black organizations) and our Multicultural Greek Council. Beyond student affairs, I’ve also held jobs in theatre, marketing, and mental health & wellness. I am looking forward to furthering diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at LC and jumping back into residence life with this amazing creative community! In my free time, you can catch me playing video games, working on my creative business, taking photos, sipping coffee/tea, volunteering with my sorority, and hanging out with my partner and our two cats & snake (Muffin, Boba, and Henry).
I grew up in Seekonk, Massachusetts but have called Portland home since July 2020! I graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2020 with a BA in Political Science, International Affairs, and Italian Studies and earned a MA in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Portland (As of December 2022). For the last 2 years, I worked in Residence Life at University of Portland and spent time as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for a Race, Class, and Gender course! I enjoy doing anything outside (hiking, surfing, skateboarding, yard games, etc), taking care of my house plants, board games, astrology, hanging out with my dog, and traveling to new places!
I grew up in Walnut Creek, CA (go Warriors!), but have spent the past four years at the University of Portland, where I earned my BBA in Marketing and held many student leadership positions across campus. I’m pursuing an MA in Student Affairs Administration at LC. I am passionate about the development of diverse student populations and am excited to learn how I can serve them here. In my free time, I love cooking, graphic design, playing video games, and dogs.
While I’m originally from Simi Valley, California, I now call Portland home. I received my BA in Psychology from Lewis & Clark and minored in art and art history. During my time at LC, I lived in Howard Hall, Odell Hall, Holmes Hall, and West Apartment. Now, I work in Campus Living and also plan New Student Orientation for the undergraduate campus at Lewis & Clark. I spend my free time hand throwing pots, cooking, and crocheting.
I grew up in Corvallis, Oregon for most of my childhood. I received an Associate Degree in Community Service from Lane Community College, in Eugene, Oregon, my BA in Social Work with a minor in Feminist Studies from Pacific University, in Forest Grove, OR, and a MS in Women’s Studies focusing on Reproductive Health from Towson University, in Towson, MD. I have worked for more than two decades in social services, information and referral, and reproductive health; including fertility education, working with sperm/egg donors and gestational carriers, as well as abortion counseling and support. I have also taught Introduction to Queer Studies at the college level and, most recently, I worked on the COVID team, in Health Promotion and Wellness, here at Lewis and Clark. In my spare time I love to read (mostly YA Queer novels but open to anything that is well written!), watch British comedies/mysteries as well as some horror and cheesy dramadies, and spend time with my partner, daughter, and small dog.
