East/Roberts/West Halls house juniors and seniors on campus in apartment-style suites. Four bedroom suites have one bedroom for each resident, a furnished living room, full kitchen (stove top, oven, refrigerator), and bathroom/vanity areas. Two bedroom suites have one bedroom for each resident, a living area with one couch and coffee table, a kitchenette (stove top, microwave and refrigerator), and a bathroom/vanity area.
In addition, each building has high ceilings and spacious lounges, providing students with a central area to watch TV, sit by the fireplace, or study in large groups.
Maggie’s - the campus coffee shop & convenience store, open from 8am until midnight - is located in Roberts Hall, providing students with a place to purchase an early morning coffee or a late night snack. East Hall also contains a small exercise center.
Our campus apartments are a great environment for upper division students wanting the convenience of living on campus in non-traditional style residence halls.
Keep in mind, this is just a sample room. Most of the apartments are all similar in size and layout to the one shown above.
If you have completed the four semester residency requirement, or if you are transferring to the College with at least 60 credits, you are eligible to apply for occupancy in the apartments. (Transfer students with less than 60 credits may apply if they reach the age of 21 before the semester they are applying for begins.) Typically, two or four students who wish to live together apply and sign the lease for an apartment. It is possible to apply alone for a two-bedroom unit. In this situation, the Office of Campus Living will make unit assignments based on roommate preference information received from you. Applications are available in the Office of Campus Living or on the Housing Forms page of this site. If you have questions about the application process, please contact us by email at email@example.com.
