Campus Living is able to complete rental agency verification requests or create proof of residency documents after students/alum submit the proper forms listed below. Campus Living is not able to release information about enrollment, GPA, class standing, major/minors, academic standing, disciplinary records, or degree earned. For release of this type of student record information, please visit the Registrar’s website.

Rental Verification Request

Students or alum in need of a rental verification or reference must complete and return a signed copy of the Campus Living Rental Verification Request using the form below.

Students or alumni who would like to use Campus Living as a rental reference must complete and submit the Rental Verification Request document via this form.
