Check-In
- New Students moving in for the first time will need to check-in with Campus Living staff at their residence hall and create a Lewis & Clark ID card at the Campus Safety building if a card is not ready for them at their hall. After ID card creation and Campus Living check-in, the resident is able to complete move-in and participate in New Student Orientation activities.
- Returning Residents will need to check in with Campus Living staff at the Maggie’s Plaza before receiving their room key.
Room Condition Verification
After students are checked in for housing, they will need to complete a Room Condition Verification. This process is simple (5-10 minutes) and can be done on a computer or mobile device.
Prior to your arrival, Campus Living staff enters each room space and indicates the condition of each item in the room. Once you have arrived and moved-in it is your turn to verify that the inventory of items in your room, and their condition, have been properly recorded by Campus Living. This process informs what Campus Living looks for during your future move-out inspection. This is how we assess furniture and room damage and maintenance needs, as well as how we determine what residents will be held responsible for.
Campus Living is located in room 112 of Roberts Hall on the Undergraduate Campus.
