Resident Advisors (RAs) are instrumental in co-creating a supportive, interdependent, and educationally purposeful residential community for Lewis & Clark that:
- Celebrates the wisdom of diversity and inclusion;
- Promotes engagement and citizenship;
- Fosters self-advocacy and personal responsibility;
- Champions holistic student development and the betterment of the collective.
Campus Living utilizes Resident Advisors in the residence halls and Resident Career Advisors in the Apartments to help carry out this mission and purpose.
