Campus Living is looking for caring and dedicated students of all academic years to join our team.

Working in Campus Living is a valuable way to develop leadership skills, create positive social and educational experiences for students living within our residential communities, and to get involved on campus. If you are a new applicant, please take some time to familiarize yourself with the Resident Advisor role to help determine whether this is a position that interests you.

Resident Advisors (RAs) and Residential Experience Managers (REMs) are instrumental in co-creating a supportive, interdependent, and educationally purposeful residential community for Lewis & Clark that:

  • Celebrates the wisdom of diversity and inclusion;

  • Promotes engagement and citizenship;

  • Fosters self-advocacy and personal responsibility;

  • Champions holistic student development and the betterment of the collective.

Resident Advisors (RAs) and Residential Experience Managers (REMs) help make this philosophy a reality in the residential communities where they are placed.
