Resident Advisors

Campus Living is looking for caring and dedicated students of all academic years to join our team. Working in Campus Living is a valuable way to develop leadership skills, to help create positive social and educational experiences for students living within our residence communities, and to get involved on campus. If you are a new applicant, please take some time to familiarize yourself with the Resident Advisor role to help determine whether this is a position that interests you.

Resident Advisors (RAs) are instrumental in co-creating a supportive, interdependent, and educationally purposeful residential community for Lewis & Clark that:

  • Celebrates the wisdom of diversity and inclusion;
  • Promotes engagement and citizenship;
  • Fosters self-advocacy and personal responsibility;
  • Champions holistic student development and the betterment of the collective.

Campus Living utilizes Resident Advisors in the residence halls and Resident Career Advisors in the Apartments to help carry out this guiding philosophy.
