The Compass Initiative
The Compass Initiative is a commitment to strengthen accessibility for all in recruitment. We will remove barriers to the college search and admissions process and connect students of historically underrepresented groups to our faculty, staff, and current students. We will build a campus environment in which all students are seen, heard, and valued. The Compass Initiative’s goal is to empower all students to achieve success and gain a sense of belonging at Lewis & Clark during their college search.
A compass is a tool that helps us find our direction.
As we chart our own paths forward, a compass can help guide us as we pursue our goals.
We are excited to launch our Compass Initiative Summer Programming! Please join us for a series of workshops that will cover the ins and outs of the college search and application process. Hear from staff, admissions counselors, and current Lewis & Clark students who will share their own experiences and will be available to answer your questions.
