The Harm Reduction Community Outreach Club

Our mission is to promote health among the students of Lewis & Clark College and the greater Portland area while recognizing the importance of autonomy and personal choice. We recognize a need in our community for education surrounding safe drug practices, harm reduction resources, and an end to the stigma that surrounds substance use.

We hope to confront these issues by leading educational workshops related to harm reduction and current events related to substance use, by encouraging the use of Narcan and fentanyl test strips, and by participating in community outreach with local organizations.
