On-Campus Apartments

East/Roberts/West Halls house juniors and seniors on campus in apartment-style suites. Four bedroom suites have one bedroom for each resident, a furnished living room, full kitchen (stove top, oven, refrigerator), and bathroom/vanity areas. Two bedroom suites have one bedroom for each resident, a living area with one couch and coffee table, a kitchenette (stove top, microwave and refrigerator), and a bathroom/vanity area.

In addition, each building has high ceilings and spacious lounges, providing students with a central area to watch TV, sit by the fireplace, or study in large groups.

Our campus apartments are a great environment for upper division students wanting the convenience of living on campus in nontraditional style residence halls.

The Apartments is also home to the Lauchpad Living Learning Community. The Launchpad LLC aims to cultivate and strengthen professional development skills for the purposes of supporting upper-division students through their transition after college.

Application Process

If you have completed the four semester residency requirement, or if you are transferring to the College with at least 60 credits, you are eligible to apply for occupancy in the apartments. (Transfer students with less than 60 credits may apply if they reach the age of 21 before the semester they are applying for begins.) In the situation where there is an open apartment bed in a suite, the Office of Campus Living will make a unit assignments based on roommate preference information received from you.  If you have questions about the application process, please contact us by email at living@lclark.edu.
