Leadership Development

In our complex and interconnected world, there is a need to develop leaders who understand the importance of social responsibility.  Leadership development is a critical part of the student experience at Lewis & Clark.  We believe that leadership is a collaborative, action-oriented process that can foster positive social change. Our goal is to ensure that every student can be a leader, and that significant leadership opportunities are created for every student who participates in our programming.  When students engage in Leadership Development programming they will be provided opportunities to learn about their own leadership style, how to develop and achieve their vision, and how to inspire and create opportunities for collaboration.
