Academic Advising
Welcome to Lewis & Clark’s Academic Advising website, which provides information to help students actively plan for their four years at the College.
Upon arrival at Lewis & Clark, each first year student is assigned a pre-major academic advisor. Your advisor may be one of your instructors or it may be someone with whom you share an interest or some aspect of your background. Your faculty advisor is a key resource for academic information and guidance about graduation requirements, course selection, semester schedules, four-year plans, and choosing a major. Advisees may also chat with advisors about career plans and strategize about academic challenges and difficulties. Upon selecting a major, you will also choose a major advisor, who provides information and guidance about your specific department or program, its requirements and opportunities.
