Bio

I was born in Boise, Idaho, and moved to Colorado when I was young. I grew up outside Boulder where I would spend a lot of time hiking, biking, and skiing. I have played the drums throughout my life and am involved with the percussion ensemble on campus. My favorite instrument to play is the marimba. I study Biochemistry and Molecular Biology along with math. I work in Dr. Tamily Weissman’s lab on campus studying a protein implicated in the development of Parkinson’s disease. I plan on attending graduate school and continuing to be involved with research.
