Exciting Summer Ahead: Lewis & Clark’s Camps and Conferences Season of Events
Get ready for an exciting and diverse schedule of summer camps and conferences, bringing many visitors to our campus!

Lewis & Clark’s camp and conference guest services team are thrilled to welcome a diverse array of activities, with over twenty-eight conferences and youth camps on the schedule. Additionally, our picturesque Fir Acres Estate Gardens will be a popular spot for our alumni to gather for memorable moments together under the tent top during Alumni Weekend.
From June 16 through August 9, we’re expecting more than 3,000 conference attendees and campers to visit our undergraduate and graduate school campuses.
“Whether they’re first-timers or returning friends, we aim to make their stay safe, welcoming and enjoyable,” Assistant Director of Conferences and Events Keri Erving said.
As our guests explore, the campus community is encouraged to embody the Lewis & Clark hospitality spirit by:
- Greeting visitors. A smile and hello goes a long way.
- Wearing your name badge proudly for easy identification.
- Offering friendly assistance to lost or curious visitors.
- Directing guests to must-see spots like the Manor House, College Bookstore, Fowler Student Center, Agnes Flanagan Chapel, or your personal favorite campus gems (see interactive map).
