Working closely with the SAAB Chair and Grants Director, the Historian is responsible for recording and distributing meeting minutes, supporting SAAB’s image, publicizing SAAB’s programs and guaranteeing giveback. The Historian manages the return of final reports, ensures adequate grant records are kept, and facilitates needed precedent, bylaw, and constitution changes as SAAB evolves.
The Historian will gain an understanding of the grant process and help provide funding for academic grants which return value to the student body. The Historian is also provided a stipend of $500/semester for their work.
