The Counseling Service is offering Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) on campus this term.
MBSR is an 8-week program which involves extensive training in mindfulness meditation, as the core of a program to teach people how to take better care of themselves
and lead healthier lives. Mindful movement is also a part of the class.

Students are asked to sign up for the orientation at: http://tinyurl.com/zd5df29. There is a brief screening at the end of the orientation.
