The Soléna Estate winery is located just 45 minutes from campus in beautiful Yamhill, Oregon and has strong ties to Lewis & Clark. The winery was founded by the parents of current student, Soléna Andrus Montalieu, class of 2023. “When the crisis hit, we saw that many students were suffering financially from the fallout. We wanted to come up with a way to help those students hardest hit by this crisis,” said Soléna.
The winery president is alumnus Anthony Van Nice, class of 1997. Anthony added, “We hope this program will benefit our community of alumni and parents who are staying home and may want stock their cellar through contactless delivery and help those students most in need at the same time.”
