Shipping to Campus
Package Shipment Information for New Students: Fall 2020
Follow these instructions so that the items you ship here will be available when you arrive on campus. Please take precautions to properly protect and secure the items in your boxes, so that they will not arrive here broken or damaged. All shipments must be prepaid. Sorry, but we cannot accept COD shipments.
Boxes must be addressed as such:

**PLEASE ALSO NOTATE YOUR MOVE-IN DATE AND TIME ON THE BOX. This is very important! If you elect to switch to a weekend move in, you will not be able to get your boxes until your original assigned move-in date.
(Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if there is any additional information about your student’s name/address that will help us get your boxes checked in correctly.)
- Limit your initial shipments from home to essential items only - limited to 3 boxes, not weighing over 40lbs each, as you will need to be able to carry them. (You may have additional boxes delivered any time after school starts from family, friends, online ordering, etc.)
- Ship via UPS or the US Postal Service on or after August 10th and plan to have your belongings arrive in Portland no later than August 21st. You will come and collect your items on your assigned move-in date and time frame.
- Choice Shipping Method for Larger Boxes: Ship via UPS. If you send 3 boxes, for example, mark each box ‘1 of 3,’ ‘2 of 3,’ ‘3 of 3’. Please be sure that you have tracking information in case it is needed.
