There will be games and time for your (anonymous and appropriate) questions via this Google Form about the union and LGBTQIA+ life on campus. We recognize that all new students are in different situations and places at the moment, both physically and emotionally. It is important to us that you feel supported in this event and are able to participate in this as much as you want and can. Hence, please fill out this Google Form to let us know what you need from the group and us as facilitators in order to feel comfortable during this event. This could be accessibility needs, different ways of participating, the type of atmosphere you are looking forward to, etc. If you would like us to get in touch with you directly to talk about any of this, please add your email address to your response in the Google form. It is important for us to create accessible events and hence participants are entirely free to choose if they want to interact with or without video/audio on and/or via the chat.
