Leadership and Service Award
Award recipients have the opportunity to engage the Lewis & Clark and greater Portland communities through service projects and collaborative leadership work that build personal skills while also benefiting others.
The award is renewable for three additional years based on fulfillment of the curricular and co-curricular requirements below. All admitted students are considered for these awards. No separate form other than the application for admission is required.
How to Maintain the Award
Each academic year award recipients must:
1. participate in at least one leadership and/or service activity;
2. communicate with SLS staff about the leadership and/or service work completed; and
3. maintain satisfactory academic progress.
Questions about the co-curricular renewal criteria (numbers 1 & 2 above) should be sent to SLS staff at leadserve@lclark.edu. Questions or concerns regarding the curricular renewal criteria (number 3 above) should be sent to the Financial Aid Office at fao@lclark.edu.
