Join the 3rd Annual Leadership Conference at Lewis & Clark College, hosted by the office of the Dean of Students. The theme is (DE)CONSTRUCTING LEADERSHIP, and the event will include, speakers, workshops, networking, lunch, and a raffle! Mission

Leadership development is an ongoing process that integrates values, interests, personality, and skills through lifelong learning. The goal of this conference is to cultivate students’ leadership development for purposeful lives and careers in an interdependent world.

This conference reflects the mission of the Division of Student Life and foci the department believes will prepare students to be leaders in the 21st century. The sessions each reflect one or more of the following core student life competencies:
