Food Service Venue Special Event Guidelines and Application

Student organizations who want to host special events in spaces managed by Bon Appétit (i.e. Fields Dining Hall, the Trail Room, and the Dovecote) are asked to complete the following application that will be submitted to Student Activities for review. Once the form is submitted, Student Activities will verify that the student organization is in good standing and that all logistics needed for the event are covered in the application. After Student Activities reviews everything, the application will be submitted to Bon Appétit for final review and approval.

Student Activities’ role is to verify student organization status and to make sure the logistics for the event are thoroughly planned. Bon Appétit has the final approval authority.

This application must be submitted to Student Activities no less than three weeks (twenty-one (21) business days) before the proposed event. After review, Student Activities will forward the form to Bon Appétit within the next week (seven (7) business days) so Bon Appétit will have at least two weeks (fourteen (14) business days) to review the application and determine if this event is feasible.
