Check out the tabs below for helpful tips and how-to videos for this new program. If you need additional help, you can reach out to the Office of Student Engagement at studentengagement@lclark.edu.
- Register Your Organization: To register your organization for the first-time, complete this form. You’ll be asked to include an organizational photo, constitution, contact information for your three contacts and advisor, as well as upload a roster of your current members. As changes need to be made, include regular contact updates as required by the Office of Student Engagement, you can do so via this form as well.
- Tip:
- You should select “Student Organizations” as your first category, but you can select any other category that relates to your organization! The more you have, the easier it’ll be for students to find your organization and to connect.
- Under Roster, you should include your three primary contacts again, and indicate their role. You should identify your President, Vice President, and Treasurer again in this section of the form. Each officer of your organization will receive access to edit your organization’s information, contact members, create events/polls/and forms for your group, and much more!
- Getting Started with Administrative Access: Once your organization has been approved, you’ll get a confirmation email and your officers will get an additional email confirming administrative access. Once that’s happened, visit this website and login using your regular LC login information (username without @lclark.edu and your LC password). You should be logged into the administrative access screen. From there you can create and track attendance at new events for your organization, add and communicate with members, host polls or surveys, and create new forms.

- Login to Your Profile: To login for the first-time, visit the webpage and click on the little grey icon on the top right. Your login information is your regular LC login information (username without @lclark.edu and your LC password). When you’ve logged in, organizations you’re part of, upcoming campus-wide events, and the feeds from office LC social media accounts.
- Your Profile: In your profile, you’ll see a timeline of events you’ve participated in and organizations you’re part of plus the positions you’ve held within them. You’ll have a “Responses” mailbox where you see all of the forms you’ve completed and check the status of the forms.
- Joining Organizations: Visit this webpage to see all of the organizations that are currently registered through Presence. You can filter by category, upcoming events, event types, and much more! You can also click the organization’s page to explore their upcoming events, forms, and meeting information as well as to get added to their membership database. Some organizations may choose to approve new members, but you’ll get an email when your request has been approved, or you can check your “Responses” mailbox (see above for details).
- Check out Events: To see a list of events being hosted by student organizations, offices, and groups at LC, visit this webpage. You can sort through events by category, organization, tags, and dates. To learn more, simply click the event(s) that you’re interested in.
