Forgery and Falsification of Records Policy

Forgery, alteration, falsification, or misuse of any instrument of identification, document, or record, is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, records pertaining to admission, registration, financial aid, student conduct, academic, health records, parking tickets, student employment, and state or federal ID.
