The 2019-20 Housing Renewal Guide is designed to help you make informed decisions as you choose where you will live next year. Carefully consider your selection of roommates, space, and community in anticipation of the Housing Lottery on Thursday, April 2, 2020. There is a lot of information included, so you may want to keep it handy and refer to it often. If this is your first year on campus and you plan to return to Lewis & Clark in the Fall of 2020, you are required to live on campus and your participation in this process is essential in ensuring you have the best experience and most choices possible.
If you are away from campus on an overseas program or on Leave of Absence this Spring but wish to (or are required to) live on campus in the Fall of 2020, we recommend that you have your paperwork submitted to the Campus Living Office and your $200 deposit made to your student account by no later than April 1, 2020. The required paperwork consists of a Housing Contract and a Roommate Preference Sheet, even if you hope to get a single room.
