The Lewis & Clark Institutional Biosafety Committee oversees research involving recombinant DNA, synthetic nucleic acid molecules, and/or infectious agents/toxins performed at Lewis & Clark in order to protect the health and safety of employees and the public regarding such research.
The Human Subjects Research Committee is a specially constituted review body established or designated to protect the welfare of human subjects recruited to participate in biomedical or behavioral research.
