What is Sexual Violence?
“Sexual Violence” and “Sexual Misconduct” are terms that refer to any sexual activity performed without consent or by force. Under the Lewis & Clark College policy, this includes, but is not limited to: sexual harassment, non-consensual sexual contact, non-consensual sexual intercourse (penetration), sexual exploitation, stalking, intimate partner violence, and prohibited relationships by persons in authority.
