These sessions are currently looking for your participation:
—Coffeehouse reading. Whether you are published or not, bring favorite passages from your writing and share them with others. Saturday, June 21, 10 a.m. (time and date may change).
—Writer’s panel. Are you a published author? We’d love to learn about how you started writing, how you published your writing, and life as an author. Saturday, June 21, noon. (time and date may change)
—Social change session and discussion “Beyond ‘Basic Inquiry:’ Does Changing Your Life Change the World?” Does personal lifestyle change matter in the face of the great changes needed today? Is it irrelevant, or a necessary backbone to collective political action? In the spirit of L&C’s “Basic Inquiry” core curriculum, a panel of alumni — educators, politicians, scientists, organizers, and more — will address this topic from diverse disciplines. But don’t just come to listen — read the provocative short article here, form your own perspective, and come engage in the discussion!
