November Open House

The Office of Admissions and the entire Lewis & Clark community invite you and your family to attend November Open House. We invite students from across the United States to join us for a day to learn firsthand about the Lewis & Clark experience. The schedule below is tentative and will be updated as it is finalized.
8:00 am Registration & Continental Breakfast – Diane Gregg Pavilion
Feel free to head into the Chapel after breakfast, as one of our a cappella groups, Momo & the Coop, will be singing!
9:00 am Welcome & Opening Remarks – Agnes Flanagan Chapel

9:30 am Discovering Lewis & Clark: Academic Life at the College – Agnes Flanagan Chapel
Members of our faculty will present on the academic life and liberal arts curriculum at Lewis & Clark: Jerry Harp (English and Academic Advising), Rebecca Lingafelter (Theatre), Iva Stavrov (Mathematics), Kundai Chirindo (Rhetoric and Media Studies), and Juan Carlos Toledano (Foreign Languages). Please use the card in your packet to write down your questions for the panelists.
10:30 am Student Panel – Fir Acres, Main Stage
Learn from your peers what the Lewis & Clark experience is all about. A variety of current students talk about life on Palatine Hill. Find out about life in the residence halls, clubs and activities, overseas programs, and much, much more.
10:30 am Parent Panel – Agnes Flanagan Chapel
Join staff from around campus to get the insider’s view of Lewis & Clark. Cards will be provided for you to write down your questions for the panel.
11:00 am Brunch – Fields Dining Room, Templeton Campus Center
Sample our food service, Bon Appetit, and eat with members of the Lewis & Clark community. A brunch ticket is located in your registration packet.
11:45 am, 12:45 pm and 1:45 pm
Campus Tours – Agnes Flanagan Chapel
The full-campus walking tours are led by student guides, and they are a great way to get a feel for the entire campus! Tours include visitingthe residential area of campus and also the academic facilities.Your assigned tour time and color can be found in your registration packet.

Admissions & Financing Your Education – Council Chamber, Templeton Campus Center
Attend a discussion about the admissions process, merit scholarships, and need-based financial aid with Erica Johnson, Director of Admissions, and Anastacia Dillon, Director of Financial Aid.
1:30 pm and 2:30 pm
Pamplin Sports Center Tour
This 30-minute tour of the Pamplin Sports Center will be led by Dinari Foreman, Head Men’s Basketball Coach. This is a great way to see the facilities on campus and learn more about athletics at Lewis & Clark College. Tours depart from the lobby of the Pamplin Sports Center
