Nick Kahl graduated cum laude from Lewis and Clark law school in 2009. During law school Nick was an active member of the Law School Democrats and American Constitution Society. During his 2L year, Nick ran for and won a seat in the Oregon House of Representatives. Nick is no longer an elected official, but he remains very active in Oregon and local politics.
Since graduating, Nick has worked exclusively as a plaintiffs’ trial lawyer in Oregon state and federal courts. Nick’s practice focuses on catastrophic injury, toxic torts, race discrimination, consumer protection, class actions, and other complex litigation. Nick is a member of the Oregon state bar and Oregon Trial Lawyers Association.
