Oday Salim LLM ’09 has joined the National Wildlife Federation Great Lakes Regional Center as staff attorney, which comes with an appointment as director of the University of Michigan Law School’s Environmental Law and Sustainability Clinic. Salim most recently was the executive director and managing attorney for the Great Lakes Environmental Law Center. He has also served as an adjunct professor in energy, oil, and gas law at Wayne State University Law School, the University of Pittsburgh Law School, and Lewis & Clark Law School.

Joined the Great Lakes Environmental Law Center in Detroit, Michigan, as a senior attorney. Previously, Salim served as senior attorney at Fair Shake Environmental Legal Services and as a staff attorney at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law’s Environmental Law Clinic. For the past five years, Salim has shared his expertise as an adjunct professor by teaching Lewis & Clark’s two-week summer seminar on oil and gas law, and energy law and regulation at the University of Pittsburgh.
