Bailey hails from the Hoosier state where she attended Indiana State University. During her time at ISU, she completed her BFA with concentration in Graphic Design with an Art History minor. She then continued her education at ISU where she earned her Masters Degree in Student Affairs and Higher Education while working as the Graduate Assistant of Student Organizations and Leadership. Her professional career has included work in student activities, leadership development, and academic advising. Since 2021, she has lived in Oregon with her spouse and two cats, Coco and Az. She is thrilled to be a part of the Lewis & Clark community and supporting its students, staff, faculty, and administration. Outside of work, Bailey enjoys pursuing creative projects, reading literary fiction and fantasy novels, and going on walks.
