Debra Beers taught at Lewis & Clark beginning in Fall of 1998. She was the studio head of the drawing program. Debra retired in 2017.
Her drawings concern the remaining vestiges of the natural world or portrayals of her ailing father, it is her deepest desire to honestly depict the dignity and fragility of all living beings.
