Owen M. Panner Scholarship

The Owen M. Panner Scholarship was established in 1979 by Lewis & Clark College to honor Judge Panner’s dedicated service to the College. The Honorable Owen M. Panner was an Overseer of Lewis & Clark, then was elected a Trustee, and currently serves as a Life Trustee. This scholarship supports Lewis & Clark students without restriction.
