Queer BIPOC is meant to support queer students of color in navigating the Lewis & Clark institution. Many L&C students exist at intersecting identities that face complex forms of discrimination. Thus, to combat such discrimination, we have added another affinity group at L&C to provide an opportunity for queer students of color to reflect, learn, and live in communion with individuals with similar experiences while celebrating the varied lives that they each lead. Any queer person of color from Lewis & Clark is welcome to join. Anyone interested in contributing to the space and to the message/purpose in a meaningful manner is encouraged to join, this includes any individuals questioning their sexuality and/or gender as well.
