Ron Wall graduated from Lewis & Clark College in 1977 with a BS degree in Psychology and Sociology.

Ron Wall has worked over thirty years in the healthcare profession with emphasis in physical rehabilitation, Medicare reimbursement, program development and regulatory compliance. He has a comprehensive knowledge of and broad perspective relating to this profession. Mr. Wall’s experience includes positions as program director, administrator, operations, corporate consultant, and educator.

Mr. Wall’s early career was as a QMRP serving the developmentally disabled population. Mr. Wall became an expert in management of assaultive behaviors which lead to consultation, education and training on techniques to manage violent behavior. During this time, he cofounded a nonprofit to raise funds for developmentally disabled.

Ron was hired by a national traumatic brain injury program to manage a therapy team including physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech language pathologist, recreation therapist, psychologist, registered nurse and vocational counselor.

For five years Ron worked with Pace Therapy, a contract therapy company, as an area operations manager overseeing services to 25 skilled nursing facilities. Ron partnered with a chain of nursing facilities to form his own contract therapy company, Premier Healthcare. The company provided rehabilitation services to skilled nursing facilities, acute hospitals, home health agencies and outpatient clinics.

Mr. Wall is a founding partner in Axiom Healthcare Group. Axiom is a healthcare consulting firm that specializes in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, compliance, litigation support, accounting, billing, cost reporting, appeals, education and training. Axiom currently provides services to 400+ healthcare providers in California and other states. We also provide consultation to state professional associations and are frequent speakers at their conferences.
