Doug Leary BA ’76 is retired from a computer programming career. He now enjoys playing with electronics, 3D printing, Dungeons and Dragons, cooking, woodworking, and never-ending house projects.

Douglas Leary BA ’76 retired in Seattle several years ago from a long career as a contract computer programmer. During his career, he worked for Tektronix, Microsoft, and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, among others. He married Kay Kole Leary BS ’76, MEd ’77 in 1989, after connecting at a class reunion. They spent the first six months of their marriage on a 35-state tour of the United States in a VW camper van. They have two daughters. Leary enjoys tinkering with electronics and is an accomplished Dungeons and Dragons player.
