Gary M. Korotzer BS’85 has had a successful 30+ year marketing career, creating, evangelizing, and executing marketing strategies that increase Brand favorability, market share, revenue, and customer acquisition and retention. Gary has held Chief Marketing Officer and senior executive roles in Retail, Telecommunications and Financial Services including American Express and Charles Schwab. He recently retired from Wells Fargo where he most recently led the Marketing and Brand Strategy team, focused on Digital Marketing Transformation, Brand strategy, customer experience strategy, diverse segment marketing and sponsorships.
Gary holds a BS in business & administration studies from Lewis & Clark College and an MBA in marketing from New York University. He is married to Katie Korotzer; and they have two grown sons. Gary is currently a mentor for US military service members looking to transition to corporate roles. He is also an aspiring rock and roll drummer. He is eager to work with and mentor L&C students and alumni.
