What does equity and inclusion mean to you: Equity and inclusion means creating safe environments for everyone’s intersectional identity to be acknowledged and recognizing historically underrepresented and oppressed voices that have traditionally been left out of conversation and situations. 

What does self-care/community care look like for you?: Self-care and community-care to me is spending time with friends and family and engaging with activities that bring you comfort and happiness.
