Midday Mindful Meditation with Tori Leder
Midday Mindful Meditation
Led by Assistant Director of Equity & Inclusion Tori Leder
Join Tori Leder for a virtual midday meditation session. No previous experience with meditation or any mindfulness practice is necessary. All you need is yourself, a place to take a comfortable seat, and about 30 minutes. Partners and families are welcome to join as well.
The session will start with a brief centering practice, a structured check in, and then move into a Metta Meditation - also known as “loving-kindness”. Tori will cover more about the history of Metta during the practice and guide you through it step by step.

Tori specializes in trauma informed and inclusive yoga and mindfulness practices. She has been offering weekly mindfulness breaks for staff and is excited to offer such a session to Alumni.
