Gregory Geraldo

Greg Geraldo BA ’16 took a position as a full-time teacher at the Sierra Academy for Expeditionary Learning, a public charter high school, in Nevada City, California. Geraldo teaches English, intro to psychology, and photojournalism, He also leads a first-year “crew,” which is a character-building course in which students set academic and character goals; foster belonging; and support one another. “Sierra Academy is in alignment with Lewis & Clark College in terms of their shared goals of inclusivity, social justice, and mentorship,” says Geraldo. “Every day, I have an opportunity to apply the skills and knowledge we learned at L&C in our classrooms. Go Firewolves!”
