Save the Date! Join us Aug. 30 for Incoming Student Move-in Day
August 30 is move-in day for all our incoming undergraduate students and the start of New Student Orientation.
Lewis & Clark colleagues,
Please save the date and help welcome our incoming new and transfer students. We need smiling faces in addition to helpful movers—even if you aren’t able to carry a box, we still need your smiling face!
We will be assisting our new students move in from 8 a.m.– 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 30.
If you have more than one person in your office, we hope you will consider setting up a rotation with your officemates so your office can stay open, while also providing a warm welcome and a helping hand at our residences halls.
August 30 will also be “black and orange day.” Wear your favorite Lewis & Clark gear and share your school spirit.
We want as many faculty and staff as possible to join us at the Glade at 2:30 p.m. to form a human tunnel and celebrate the incoming class as they enter Pamplin Gym for the kickoff session.
We will post a reminder in August with a signup form for move-in volunteering. Please let us know if you have any questions.
