Dr. Hugo Moreno wins medal for novel
Dr. Hugo Moreno received a silver medal in the 2021 International Latino Book Awards for his novel Where the North Ends.

Dr. Hugo Moreno received a silver medal in the 2021 International Latino Book Awards for his novel Where the North Ends. Dr. Moreno has published and edited articles on Hispanic literature and philosophy in journals and specialized books in the United States and Canada. He is also the author of the forthcoming academic book: Rethinking Philosophy with Borges, Zambrano, Paz, and Plato. Dr. Moreno has taught in Hispanic Studies and Latin American Studies since 2014.
