IME Impact Awards 2020: Call for Nominations

February 12, 2020

Dear Colleagues,

IME is seeking nominations for our annual Impact Awards, which will be presented at this year’s IME Banquet. If you know someone—or several people!—who you feel deserves any of these four awards, please fill out this short nomination form.

Nominations are due Sunday, March 1, 2020 by 5 p.m.

If you’d like to nominate more than one person for an award, please fill out the form multiple times. Any Lewis & Clark student, staff, or faculty member may submit a nomination, so be sure to take this opportunity to recognize your community members!

The Ray Warren Leadership Award is presented to a graduating senior who possess a spirit of determination, care, open-mindedness, and optimism. They have demonstrated leadership on campus and a commitment to diversity and multicultural education.

The Emerging Leader Award is presented to a first-year student who has demonstrated leadership, commitment to the L&C community, and the potential for even further positive impact on campus.

The Kristi Williams Staff & Faculty Impact Award is presented to a staff or faculty member who demonstrates a commitment to diversity and inclusion by supporting underrepresented students and creating a positive change on campus.

The Excellence in Inclusive Engagement Award is presented to any undergraduate student who strives towards working for a more socially just community at Lewis & Clark. They support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives on campus. Whether this is from a particular leadership role, or as a hidden figure supporting from behind-the-scenes, this student demonstrates a willingness to take action to create an inclusive community.

Thank you for your continued support of IME!

Sincerely,

Elizabeth Gillingham ’20, IME Student Life Intern
