Michael Miller ’01

Michael is a Senior Litigation Attorney for the Oregon School Boards Association (OSBA).  At OSBA, he represents school districts, charter schools, community colleges, and education service districts in litigated matters and administrative claims.  Michael has experience in premise liability, personal injury, school law, employment law, products liability, liquor liability, and construction defect litigation.

 

Prior to joining OSBA, Michael practiced civil litigation with various law firms in Portland and Northern California.  He is admitted to practice law in all Oregon state and federal courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  He is also a member of the State Bar of California and the Washington State Bar Association. 

Michael and his girlfriend live in Portland with their two young children.  They enjoy spending time on the Oregon Coast.
