Nick Grasso ’14 has received two significant awards—the LeRoy Neiman Foundation Fellowship at Ox-Bow and an Intern Artist Residency at Franconia Sculpture Park.

Each summer, Ox-Bow welcomes 12 fellowship students from competitive art schools and departments across the nation. Grasso, a philosophy major with a minor in sculpture, has been selected as one of the participating students.

Grasso was also selected for the Intern Artist Program at Franconia, an opportunity for students and emerging artists to gain professional experience and build their emerging careers while working in a vibrant sculpture park and artist residency.

Grasso’s senior capstone exhibit, I AIN’T NO FREAKIN’ MONUMENT TO JUSTICE! I LOST MY HAND! I LOST MY BRIDE!, was on view in the Arnold Gallery in February 2014.
