Japanese Studies Senior Summit - 4/28/2013

April 08, 2013

On April 28, 2013, Lewis & Clark will host the fourth-annual Japanese Studies Senior Summit, a gathering of students from Lewis & Clark College, Linfield College, Willamette University and Pacific University.  The event provides seniors with the opportunity to present their senior research projects to peers at local colleges, to get feedback on their work, to network and discuss post-graduation plans, and simply to socialize with those interested in Japanese studies.  The program also features a cultural event, this year’s being a hands-on workshop with a sumi-e ink painting specialist, who will guide students as they prepare works of their own.

The event takes place in Smith Hall in the Albany building of Lewis & Clark Campus, and runs from 9am -3pm.  The event is open to the public.

The event is sponsored by the Foreign Languages and Literatures Department and the Office of the Dean, Lewis & Clark College.
