Professor Dan Rohlf to testify before US House Committee regarding Endangered Species Act litigation
Professor Dan Rohlf has been invited to testify in Washington D.C. before the US House Committee on Natural Resources regarding Endangered Species Act litigation, in a hearing titled:
“Taxpayer-Funded Litigation: Benefitting Lawyers and Harming Species, Jobs and Schools”.
The hearing starts June 19th, at 10 a.m. EST and it may
be webcast live. The full list of invited witnesses has not yet been posted on the committee’s website:
