Remy Neymarc ’12 won both first and second place in an international advertising competition for videos he and his brother Andrew produced for the American Red Cross. Neymarc received his award in person at the Mobile World Congress Barcelona Video Competition, held in Spain from February 14 to 17, 2011.

Neymarc’s public service announcements encourage viewers to donate blood to the American Red Cross.

Neymarc, a third culture kid from Paris, became interested in photography when he was in high school. At Lewis & Clark, Neymarc has continued his craft, quickly establishing a reputation as a talented and prolific photographer.

During his sophomore year, Neymarc ventured into video production with his brother. The Department of Physical Education & Athletics contracted the Neymarcs to produce videos about Pioneer Athletics. Since being posted to YouTube, their video featuring the Lewis & Clark crew team has accrued more than 15,000 views, even catching the attention of Disney producer Don Hahn who has encouraged the pair to continue pursuing video production and enter film competitions.
