HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) Fitness

Join us for a 45-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) where we will focus on a rotation of: Legs, Arms, & Core workouts! The goal will be to join as a community to achieve a better health and fitness lifestyle!  No experience necessary and you may absolutely modify the workouts as needed to fit your experience/ability level!
