Since Spring of 2015, the Dean of Students Office has worked with various departments within Student Life to put on a Leadership Conference for students.
Leadership development is an ongoing process that integrates values, interests, personality, and skills through lifelong learning. The goal of this conference is to cultivate students’ leadership development for purposeful lives and careers in an interdependent world.
This conference reflects the mission of the Division of Student Life and foci the department believes will prepare students to be leaders in the 21st century. The sessions each reflect one or more of the following core student life competencies: academic & experiential learning, civic leadership & career development, diversity & inclusion, and wellness.
