Please join us for an easy drawing workshop with Pulitzer Prize winning cartoonist Matt Wuerker ’79, of Politico. Designed for doodlers of all ages and abilities, he’ll play around with the basics of cartooning and even try a little political caricature.

More about the Presenter:
Matt Wuerker is the staff cartoonist for Politico, and was part of the team that launched Politico in 2006. In 2012 he won the Pulitzer Prize for Editorial Cartooning. In 2010 he was awarded the Herblock Prize at the Library of Congress and the National Press Foundation’s Berryman Award. At Lewis & Clark he studied International Affairs, participated in the Greece overseas study program, and and was the chief editorial cartoonist for the Pioneer Log. Matt Wuerker is based in Washington D.C.
